As much as I want to believe Morgantown is my home, it's not.
But Wheeling isn't my home anymore either.
I know this town fairly well and it feels like I've lived here for longer than three-ish years. So I guess it feels like I should have more established, closer relationships. Someone to always be there like there was in 7th grade. Not saying 7th grade was fabulous, but I wasn't lonely, I didn't anticipate the depression of Friday nights--there was only ice skating, or dances, etc. I miss that closeness.
I left what was left of my family and my friends quit talking to me or moved away.

It felt strange writing 2012.
I got a very sweet, kind new room mate. We're having fun putting our seemingly new apartment together. My new kitten gets to move in with me too. I have a semi-fun, busy semester coming up, tons of ceramics, huge paintings, and I'm going to China in May. I think it's going to be a great year.

I would come visit but I never get to come to Wheeling anymore between 3 studio classes and working at Petco. It sucks!!
